Will this affect my credit score?
Checking whether you qualify won't affect your credit. Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and approval.
What interest rate will I pay?
Rates range from 0–32% APR, subject to provincial regulatory limits. The sample plans currently shown on our product pages are calculated at 15% APR — for example, a $3,749 e-bike works out to $338.38 a month over 12 months, or $1,281.04 a month over 3 months. Your actual rate is set during the eligibility check.
Which bikes can I finance?
All of them. There's no minimum or maximum order value on Shop Pay Installments, so every e-bike and accessory in our online store is eligible. The plans you're offered do depend on your purchase amount.
Do I need a down payment?
Not always, but one may be required depending on your purchase amount and the outcome of your eligibility check. If it is, you'll see the amount before you confirm the order.
Can I use it in store?
Shop Pay Installments is offered at online checkout. If you'd rather see the bike first, come test ride it at any of our 6 BC locations and place the order online when you're ready — or ask our team and we'll walk you through it.
